By the end of this session, you'll have named that need and taken one concrete step toward meeting it yourself.
What You'll Learn
- Identify the specific behaviors in past attractions that felt most magnetic, and name the values those behaviors express
- Recognise the core emotional need - such as feeling seen, freedom to be themselves, curiosity and aliveness, or safety - that their strongest attractions have been pointing to
- Understand that emotional needs are not created by a partner: they already exist within them, and have been accessible outside of relationships
- Trace a specific moment when that core need was met independently, outside of a romantic connection
- Commit to one concrete action this week to begin meeting that need for themselves
